High School
The highlight game of the tournament was the championship game between Victory Ministry and Team-413 in the High School Varsity Division. Team-413 jump out to an 15-point lead only to see Victory reel them in and take the lead in the second half. The lead changed hands several times down the stretch, but it was Team-413 coming away with a 65-63 victory for the championship.
Team-413 was led by 6’0 2025 point guard PJ Farmer, who scored a game-high 20 points. The skilled guard will enter Charleston High as one of the state’s best incoming freshmen. Koterrion Owens is an undersized 6’0 2024 forward who is also from Charleston. He scored 16 points and was a matchup problem with his strength and ability to drive against Victory’s big front line. 5’10 2024 point guard Will Harmon is a 3-point sniper who scored 12 points on four 3-pointers while 6’2 2024 Jace Birney is a versatile forward who score score inside and on the perimeter. He scored 10 points, including a pair of 3-pointers.
Victory Ministry was led by 6’4 2024 guard Mason English, who scored 14 points. The thick bodied English can light it up from long distance, pass the ball and attack the basket. Class of 2023 combo guard Max Templeman Max Templeman 5'10" | PG Carthage | 2023 MO (Carthage) scored 13 points, with many coming on daring drives to the bucket. Athletic 6’4 2022 Kaden Turner Kaden Turner 6'3" | SG Webb City | 2022 State MO (Webb City) scored 10 points while 6’9 2022 Teddy Reedybacon Teddy Reedybacon 6'10" | C McDonald County | 2022 State MO scored 12 points. He has a solid game in the low post.
15U
The championship game featured Triple Threat Academy from South St. Louis vs Be Elite from Arkansas. In a game that went down to the final seconds, Be Elite edged Triple Threat 45-44 for the championship.
Be Elite was led by 6’1 2025 forward Rilyn Robin, who scored 10 points, including the game winner with eight seconds left on a jumper in the lane. He’s a thick-bodied player with a versatile skill set. Point guard Cole Cecil scored nine points, directed the offense and played solid defense.
Triple Threat was led by 6’2 2024 Colin DeBold (Seckman) who scored a game-high 21 points. The skilled combo guard scored on runners, hit three 3-pointers and dropped several dimes. 6’0 2024 Michael Becker (Seckman) had seven points. He had a very productive weekend offensively.
14U
We saw a good glimpse of the future in the 14U championship game between MBA 2026 out of Springfield vs the St. Louis Rockets. MBA 2026 took the championship 68-63 in a very competitive game that had big swings of momentum. There were some very talented 2026 players on the floor who we’ll definitely be looking for in the future.
MBA 2026 was led by forward Anthony Ayala with 17 points. He’s a slashing athlete who scored around the basket. Guard Randy Flint scored 16 points. He made three 3-pointers and handled the ball well. Wing Reese Kimrey is an all-purpose player who passed the ball and could play inside while 2027 guard Kyrese Simpson could handle the ball and shoot the :-pointer.
The Rockets have a very talented guard in 6’1 Brandon Clemons, who scored a game-high 28 points. He displayed scoring ability at all three levels. 6’2 forward Cameron Rollins scored 11 points, including three high-arching 3-pointers.
