Ellis had a good day as he was able to display his all-around game. The 6’3 guard did well in the ball-handling drills as he showed off his handle and did not lose control of the ball during them. Ellis looked confident shooting the ball in drills and has a nice release point on his shot. He moved well off the ball during the live games and finished nicely around the basket. Ellis is a skilled guard prospect who has the potential to play either spot in the backcourt.
Aryan Gorty Aryan Gorty 6'9" | PF Montgomery | 2022 State NJ , 6’9 PF Montgomery 2022
Gorty had a big performance as he showed he was more than just a big body inside. The lanky 6’9 forward dunked almost everything around the basket and showed off a nice touch close to the rim when he didn’t throw it down. Gorty impressed in the ball-handling drills as he was able to perform the moves effectively in the workout. He ran the floor hard during the game sessions and used his length to alter shots around the basket. Gorty has the chance for a big senior season if he can continue to play like he did at the workout.
Will Bradley Will Bradley 6'2" | SG CBA | 2023 State NJ , 6’2 SG CBA 2023
Bradley had a strong day as he was the top shooter at the workout. The 6’2 guard made almost every shot in the shooting drills and sets his feet before he shoots. Bradley moved well off the ball during the games, freeing himself for open shots. He performed well in the ball-handling drills, proving he is more than just a shooter. Bradley’s ability to knock down jumpers from the perimeter is something that will help his game in a big way this coming season.
Aaron Sanders Aaron Sanders 6'1" | PG Bensalem | 2022 State PA , 6’1 PG Bensalem 2022
Sanders was a big-time standout during the game session as he helped his team in a variety of ways. The 6’1 guard has a good handle, which he used to get into the lane and finish around the basket. Sanders ran the offense effectively as he picked his spots to score, while also getting his teammates involved. He shot the ball with confidence from distance and moved his feet well on the defensive end. Sanders is a two-way floor general who rose his stock in a big way at the workout.
Franklin Jones Franklin Jones 6'5" | SG Rutgers Prep | 2023 State NJ , 6’4 SG/SF Rutgers Prep 2023
Jones is a potential breakout candidate to watch in Somerset County this season and he showed a glimpse of it at the workout. The lanky 6’4 wing has a good handle and is quite comfortable putting the ball on the floor and finishing around the basket. Jones did well in the transition drills, even completing a slick behind the back pass in a two-on-one. He showcased his toughness during the game session as he seemed to have turned his ankle, but was able to play through it. Jones is primed for a big junior campaign and his play at the workout is a sign of that.
