After spending last Summer watching livestreams and events in neighboring Indiana, I was finally able to get on the road in Ohio and watch plenty of basketball across the Midwest and Ohio itself. Throughout the season, several point guards impressed me. But only a select few are deserving of special recognition. Below were some of my favorite PGs to watch this Summer.

Nate Adkins (2022)- Adkins was one of the smarter players I saw this Summer. Very high basketball IQ and very detail oriented to the basics. Between playing with Midwest Basketball Club and Lakota East, Adkins showed versatility with his leadership at the point while also being a scoring option on the perimeter with his shooting. Tons of upside for college coaches looking for a solid prospect.

Antaune Allen Antaune Allen 6'2" | SG Dunbar | 2023 State OH (2023)- Whether it was with Team Flyght or with Dayton Dunbar, Allen consistently showed a knack for scoring the ball and being a playmaker for himself and teammates. Slashed off the perimeter and scored through traffic. Possesses a great midrange jump shot off the bounce. Scored against good defensive teams like Fairfield (OH) in the HS Summer ball. Only a junior, Allen has another two years to continue growing
