De’Mere Hollingsworth | 6’2 Guard | S.M.M. (Howard HS of Technology) | 2022
Hollingsworth showed off his ability to operate on all three levels, off the bounce and off the catch while leading the Varsity Division in scoring. He put up 21.3 ppg including 34 points against Elite Ballers to get them to the title game. He took home MVP honors with a smooth performance against World Smash in the finals.
Alexander McClendon | 5’7 Point Guard | S.M.M. (Tower Hill School) | 2022
McClendon was another standout in the SMM backcourt given his ability to knock down shots on the perimeter and create for others. He posted 20.5 ppg to finish second in the division in scoring behind his teammate, showing he can co-exist with another scorer on the floor as well.
Eli Chol Eli Chol 6'10" | C Forsyth Central | 2022 State GA | 6’10 Forward/Wing | SMASH Sports (Forsyth Central) | 2022
Chol showed off his length and ability to make an impact around the rim on both ends. He’s even more lethal on the perimeter, creating off the bounce and knocking down shots on the wing. He was a standout prospect out of Georgia with an offer from Howard and interest from some other programs.
Dre Wheathers | 6’6 Wing/Forward | SMASH Sports (Smith’s Station) AL | 2022
Wheathers was one of the more athletic prospects in the varsity division with a knack for flying to the rim and finishing with authority. He’s got nice length he uses well on both ends given his athleticism and wasn’t afraid to dial it up on the perimeter as well.
Alahns Sulmer | 6’1 Guard | SMASH Sports | 2022
Sulmer was another name in the SMASH Sports rotation that turned heads with his ability to operate off the bounce and find others in the halfcourt. He’s an emerging combo guard with some potential as a playmaker and slasher. He’s an underrated athlete as well that makes things tough on the defensive side of the ball.
