Isaiah Abraham Isaiah Abraham 6'7" | SG Paul VI | 2024 State #62 Nation VA | Highland
Abraham has tangible long-term upside. He’s rangy and athletic at 6-foot-6. Abraham is still just scratching the surface. Don’t be surprised if he becomes a household name in the DMV by the time he graduates.
Kyan Bowman Kyan Bowman 6'4" | SF St. Stephen's St. Agnes | 2024 State VA | SSSAS
Bowman emerged on our radar this summer. He went for 20 points and 9 rebounds in a win over Brandywine in the Capitol Hoops Summer League. Bowman should only continue to improve under the tutelage of Mike Jones and the rest of the Saints coaching staff.
Machi Chester Machi Chester 6'3" | PG Friendship Collegiate | 2024 State MD | Bishop O’Connell
Chester is part of a promising young core coming through the ranks at Bishop O’Connell. He’s a versatile guard who has the potential to be a difference-maker on both ends in the backcourt.
Quin Gorman Quin Gorman 6'8" | PF Flint Hill | 2024 State VA | Flint Hill
Gorman is tracking as one of the better 2024 prospects in the state. At 6-foot-7, his trademark skill is his effort. Gorman plays extremely hard. He keeps plays alive. Gorman is a left-hander who can shoot the three. He also blocks shots and rebounds out of his area.
Ben Hammond Ben Hammond 5'10" | PG Paul VI | 2024 State #143 Nation VA | Paul VI

Darren Harris Darren Harris 6'6" | SF Paul VI | 2024 State #59 Nation VA | Paul VI
As the son of a state champion high school coach, Harris demonstrates a good understanding of the game. He’s more than just a shooter. Harris displays good body control at 6-foot-6. He is usually in the right place at the right time. He takes charges. He sells contact.
Jadyn Harris Jadyn Harris 6'6" | PF Bishop O'Connell | 2024 State #239 Nation VA | Bishop O’Connell
Harris has the tools to be a powerhouse. At around 6-foot-6, he has a broad frame that should fill out over time. He has a ways to go, but the potential he has to make a consistent impact on both ends is immense.
Jamari Hodnett Jamari Hodnett 6'2" | PG Bishop Ireton | 2024 State VA | Bishop Ireton
Hodnett is a strong point guard who runs the show. He gets paint touches and knows how to free up his teammates for open looks. Hodnett is an ambidextrous finisher at the rim. He rebounds his position and competes defensively.
Jahleel Jackson | Potomac School
Jackson is a lefty guard who burst onto the scene at DMV Live. He can shoot the three, but also has a strong body that helps him take contact in the paint. Potomac School looks improved heading into the upcoming season, and Jackson is part of the reason why.
Del Jones Del Jones 6'2" | PG AZ Compass Prep | 2024 CA-S | Bishop O’Connell
Jones has a chance to be a lockdown perimeter defender. He is certainly capable of putting the ball in the hole, but we’ve seen him completely shut down his opponent before.
Peter Mitchell Peter Mitchell 6'2" | SG Potomac | 2024 State VA | Bishop Ireton
Mitchell is one of the better rebounding guards on this list. He can elevate off two feet and high points the ball as it comes off the rim. Mitchell isn’t afraid to stick his nose in a crowd to track down a 50/50 ball.
Patrick Ngongba Jr. Patrick Ngongba Jr. 6'10" | C Paul VI | 2024 State #25 Nation VA | Highland
Ngongba is a budding post prospect who has great hands. He scores consistently from multiple spots. Ngongba plays with considerable effort. He rebounds out of his area. Ngongba displays patience, which is a rare trait for any young player. He should only improve as his body continues its transformation.
Tavarres Riley Tavarres Riley 6'1" | PG Freedom-Woodbridge | 2024 State VA | Paul VI
Riley enjoyed a strong run of play this summer with Team Takeover and is heading into his sophomore season with momentum. He is a bonafide scorer who gets to his spots from the mid-range. He can shoot off the dribble from three as well. Riley uses pump fakes and seeks contact.
David Rochester David Rochester 6'8" | SG South Lakes | 2024 State VA | Bishop Ireton
Rochester is a tall forward with a strong base skill set. He has the ability to drive and kick. Rochester’s potential to be a threat to score inside or out is evident.

Sisco is a solid ball-handler and smart defender who knows how to sell contact. He plays with a high IQ. Sisco understands how to space the floor and is efficient with the ball. He is also a very good spot-up shooter with range.
Garrett Sundra Garrett Sundra 6'11" | C Paul VI | 2024 State #148 Nation VA | Paul VI
Sundra is coordinated for his size. He runs the floor with purpose and can catch the ball on the move. Sundra should only improve as he grows into his body.
Jake Williams | Bishop O’Connell
Williams is one of the better shooters we’ve seen so far in 2024. He lit it up with DC Premier this summer, shooting over 50% from three. Williams also made shots at DMV Live. It would be wise to keep him on your radar moving forward.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! Session 1 complete @DC_Premier_ 15UAA 7-0. Finished it out with a dramatic 52-49 OT win over Team Curry. Shamar Sisco sent it to OT with a 3pter to end regulation then @Kd8_baller (NCA) finds @jake3williams (O’Connell) for a game winning 3pter. pic.twitter.com/hLaSRgC0EP
