Trent Hundley Trent Hundley 6'5" | SF Eastern Brown | 2022 State OH , 6’5 SF Eastern Brown 2022: A prospect I’ve been a fan of for a while now, Hundley caught the attention of numerous other scouts and colleges this spring and summer. Playing for one of my favorite teams in the state to watch, Mid Ohio Pumas Price. This team shared the ball exceptionally well and plenty of their members improved their stock this summer. Playing alongside fellow Southeast Ohio stud Aiden Porter Aiden Porter 6'1" | PG Fairland | 2022 State OH , the duo was exceptional this summer. Porter committed to Rio Grande and Hundley currently has his only offer from the Red Storm, but other programs would be crazy to not offer Hundley. His size and shooting ability is great and he’s a capable mover from the wing position.
Carter Valentine Carter Valentine 6'5" | SF Colonel Crawford | 2022 State OH , 6’5 SF Colonel Crawford 2022: Another prospect with aspirations to make a deep run in the OHSAA Division III playoffs during his senior season, Valentine is one of the best movement shooters in the state. A guy who can really get his shot off quickly and hit off the bounce 3-pointers as well. Valentine is a guy who has flashes that are special on the offensive end. He will need to bulk up before playing serious minutes at the college level, but has the frame to put on some muscle. Ashland has had some great success with wing shooters, and while Valentine might not be a guy who’s ready from day one, he has the upside to be an all conference caliber wing.
Nick Heath Nick Heath 6'4" | SF Upper Arlington | 2022 State OH , 6’4 SF Upper Arlington 2022: Heath and Trent Hundley Trent Hundley 6'5" | SF Eastern Brown | 2022 State OH were teammates during the grassroots season with Mid Ohio Pumas Price. Heath to me is a no brainer scholarship kid yet I haven’t seen much recruiting interest from non Division III programs. Heath would be either a massive steal at the Division III level or a guy I believe could play serious minutes at Division II and NAIA programs. Heath is a good athlete at the wing position with solid explosiveness and good on-ball defense. I watched Heath outplay Cooper Davis Cooper Davis 6'5" | SG Olentangy Liberty | 2022 State OH when Upper Arlington defeated Olentangy Liberty last season. I hope scholarship programs check out Heath with Upper Arlington during his senior season.
Noah Rich Noah Rich 6'5" | SF Franklin | 2022 State OH , 6’6 SF Franklin 2022: Another wing who specializes in shooting the basketball, Rich had some huge games with Midwest Basketball Club Gold this spring and summer. What Rich does best is shoot the basketball with a quick release and can get the ball off over defenders with his 6’6 frame. He currently holds one offer from Thomas More, but I expect at least a couple more to come.
Hayden Nahra Hayden Nahra 6'5" | SF Mayfield | 2022 State OH , 6’5 SF Mayfield 2022: Nahra is a wing who can do a bit of everything, for Mayfield he does a lot of creating on ball that shows off what he can do with the ball in his hands. Nahra and Carter Valentine Carter Valentine 6'5" | SF Colonel Crawford | 2022 State OH put on a show against each other at the Battle for the Bay. I like the versatility that Nahra possesses at both ends. Nahra should be receiving heavy interest from scholarship programs around the area.
