In addition, some prospects have yet to settle on where they are playing in the fall. I guess that’s just the world of South Florida sports. Please click here for part one of this story
As with yesterday’s rollout, I will do my best to navigate the changes. These players will make an impact this fall.
Let’s jump right to it…

2022 Gabriel Kincy Gabriel Kincy 6'7" | CG West Oaks | 2022 State FL is a big stretch four/wing at 6-foot-7. I would venture to believe he is around or above 215 pounds. Either way, Kincy is not built like sticks for the position classification. There are some kids who will blow over from a gust of wind; Kincy is not one of them. He could probably lineup as a tight end or tackle on the football field. Kincy has a nice perimeter shot and can put the ball on the floor. I think he continues to get better with his handle and movement towards the rim. Kincy has the body type that could make him a nightmare to handle in the post. However, I have not seen much of that from him. That could be by design or just the game I saw him play with McArthur last season. I am excited to see him suit up for the Patriots this fall. He has been offered by North Texas, VCU, North Carolina A&T and Texas Southern.
Conner Weston Conner Weston 6'7" | SF Jupiter | 2022 State FL – Jupiter
The Warriors should be one of the better teams in Palm Beach County with the addition of 2022 Conner Weston Conner Weston 6'7" | SF Jupiter | 2022 State FL . Last season, Weston averaged 17.3 points and 7.4 rebounds per game for Jupiter Christian. The 6-foot-7 forward gives the Warriors a rugged playmaker inside. Weston can also stretch out and hit from the perimeter. A hard nosed kid who will battle every time he is on the floor. Weston’s athleticism is what will take him to another level.
Anthony Floyd Anthony Floyd 5'7" | CG Hallandale | 2023 FL – Western*/Dillard*
Kind of skeptical of where 2023 Anthony Floyd Anthony Floyd 5'7" | CG Hallandale | 2023 FL will end up after playing for Mater Lakes Academy. What I do know is Floyd has a tremendous handle and can score off the dribble. Moreover, he has a ton of speed and can score end to end. He reminds me a bit of Carrington Campbell Carrington Campbell 5'10" | CG Hallandale | 2020 State FL from Hallandale a few years ago; albeit smaller. The 5-foot-10 Campbell was one of the fastest kids I saw play when he was in space. Floyd is about 5-foot-9. He plays with great body control in the air at the rim. I have been impressed with him ever since I saw him play against Stranahan as a freshman. Floyd played sparingly after having an injury last season. I expect a big junior campaign from him.
Kaleb Walters -Miramar
2022 Kaleb Walters is a acrobat with the ball in his hands at the rim. Moreover, he has another step on his ladder to finish at the basket. Unlike some players with just athleticism, Walters has basketball skill and is only getting better. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard is improving as a mid-range shooter and can hit from outside. Walters will continue to turn heads as I don’t believe he played high school ball last season. He has been offered by Bradley, North Carolina A&T and Texas Southern.
Michael Kalina Michael Kalina 6'0" | PG North Broward Prep | 2022 State FL – North Broward Prep
2021 Michael Kalina Michael Kalina 6'0" | PG North Broward Prep | 2022 State FL is a playmaking guard that played for Boca Raton. The 6-foot-1 Kalina averaged 14.2 points and five rebounds while shooting 45 percent from the field as a junior. He has impressed me this summer with his passing ability. Kalina has a tremendous opportunity to challenge himself with North Broward Prep. The Eagles have a great supporting cast and play a tough schedule. Kalina could give North Broward Prep added guard depth. I will be following his time in Coconut Creek closely.
