The Platform was an incredible event, with plenty of talent to boast about, and even more college coaches to watch it. And while the 17Us were the stars of the show, the 16Us had a load of standouts too.

Here are the Florida standouts:

Carl Cherenfant Carl Cherenfant 6'4" | CG Ft. Lauderdale Calvary Christian | 2023 State #94 Nation FL , 6’6", 2023, Grassroots: Georgia Stars

Although Cherenfant was running with a Georgia squad, he gets his insane ability from his home state of Florida! Cherenfant is one of the best players in the country for the class of 2023, and this tournament definitely secured it for him. His mix of size, strength and skill made him one of the tournament’s biggest standouts. He was a menace getting downhill and was flying all around to catch lobs and put on a show for the sidelines. Cherenfant was able to put his entire skillset on display and was even more impressive at the point guard position, considering that’s not his primary position. His versatility definitely was the highlight of his game and he no doubt caught the eye of some college coaches throughout the weekend.
