Chevalier Emery – 2022 – G – Wisconsin Playground Club
He’s certainly never lacked it in the past, but Emery is definitely playing as high of a level of confidence as ever. The Neenah standout came right off the bench for PGC all weekend and gave them an offensive boost. Emery just walks in the gym warn and can burry a flurry of triples in a hurry. He’s a quick-trigger guard with a beautiful stroke in the catch-and-shoot game. Emery is also going to bring it defensively. He’s not afraid to pick guys up 94 feet from the rim and if he senses insecurity from a ball handler, he’s like a shark that smells blood. Think Emery could be a big x-factor for PGC in July as they certainly have a chance to take the Under Armour crown in 17U.
Noah Feddersen Noah Feddersen 6'9" | PF Menomonie | 2022 State WI – 2022 – PF – Wisconsin Playmakers
Division 1 schools are beginning to call about Feddersen after his performance this past weekend. The Menomonie standout has three Division 2 offers at this time and should be a priority prospect at that level. Feddersen stands about 6-foot-8 and moves/jumps very well for his size. He also runs the floor in transition about as well as any prospect in the state. Feddersen shows some flashes shooting the ball from the outside and if he gains consistency as a jump shooter…watch out. Defensively, Feddersen is an outstanding shot blocker and times shots very well and does it without fouling. Also really high on his pick n’ roll defense. Feddersen isn’t fazed when he gets caught up on a switch and can move his feet laterally on the perimeter.

Jacobi Felton – 2023 – PG – Wisconsin Playground Club PH
Felton created a lot of stuff for PGC PH against Grind 2023. A quick guard with some flashy passing ability, Felton was whipping passes in tight areas. Felton isn’t afraid to attack the basket hard and has a lot of confidence in his finishing ability, able to get the ball home despite being off-balance at times.
Asanjai Hunter Asanjai Hunter 5'10" | PG The Prairie School | 2022 State WI – 2022 – G – Wisconsin Playground Club PH
Saw it in the state tournament, this kid just shows up. May not have ideal size and athletic ability when stacking him up against college prospects, but Hunter will always produce in one way or another. Hunter is an excellent on-ball defender that’s got very good instincts. He gets his hands on the ball at the right times and is able to generate a lot of turnovers. Hunter has an unorthodox looking jumper, but it works for him. The 5-foot-11 guard plays well in transition and can push the tempo. Quietly, Hunter has been one of the more well-rounded guards in his class in terms of effort, two-way ability, and basketball IQ.
Aidan Konop Aidan Konop 6'2" | SG Sussex Hamilton | 2024 State WI – 2024 – SG – ABC Young Lions
Was good to see Konop play against his own age level for the first time. A varsity performer as a freshman for Sussex Hamilton, Konop was able to show some different sides to his game. Konop is listed at 6-foot-1, but some added length allows him to play bigger. He did some really good things on and off the ball and is a smooth operator when he puts the ball on the deck. Konop finished well with both hands around the rim and made a lot of plays for his teammates. Able to play on and off the ball, Konop carried the offense at times for ABC Young Lions. Liked his impact defensively as well, especially in the zone. Konop did a nice job of forcing ball handlers into traps or bad spots.
Terrance Shelton Terrance Shelton 6'0" | SG Franklin | 2024 WI – 2024 – SG – ABC Young Lions
A new name on our radar, Shelton did a lot of good things this weekend. The Franklin guard gets plenty of easy buckets by just cutting hard and making himself available to his teammates. When he gets to the rim, Shelton shows the ability to finish against contact or in traffic.
Max Tutas – 2023 – G – Wisconsin Playground Club PH
Caught Tutas and PGC PH against Grind 2023. The Sheboygan Lutheran guard was getting into the paint a ton. Liked that Tutas didn’t appear to be favor any hand. He able to beat defenders off the dribble going both ways. He drove into traffic at times, but was able to nicely get himself out of trouble by staying composed, using good footwork, or finding an open teammate. Like Tutas defensively as well. May not put up a ton of stats on that end of the floor, but is very disciplined and well-coached. He naturally sees ball and man at all times and is always in the gaps when he’s off the ball to prevent straight-line drives to the rim. Thought the risks he took defensively were well calculated as well.
L.J. Wells L.J. Wells 6'5" | SF Eau Claire Memorial | 2022 State WI – 2022 – SF – Wisconsin Playmakers
Think this kid could see a flurry of Division 2 offers come his way in July. Wells is one of the fastest-rising prospects in the state right now. The 6-foot-7 wing is a terrific slasher and athlete with a lot of upside. While he does need to develop an outside shot and improve his handle in the half court, there’s a lot of other things Wells does that give him a higher floor than most “boom or bust” prospects. Wells is a terrific passer in the mid and high-post, he attacks the offensive glass, and he gets his hands on the basketball a ton defensively as a shot blocker or while playing the passing lanes. Wells was pretty much unstoppable this past weekend when he caught on the wing and ripped to his left hand.
