The So Cal Summer Hoop Review was an NCAA live period event that was held July 8-11 at Ladera Sports Center in Ladera Ranch. This is a report on prospects at the event that we were able to personally observed/evaluate in the 17U Division that caught our attention.

Top Prospects:

6’3 W Jadan Adams Jadan Adams 5'11" | PG Monterey | 2021 State of Monterey HS (CA) 2021 (Seaside’s Finest 17U)

Adams is a player who has a pretty complete all-around game. He has solid ball-handling and passing skills in addition to being a versatile scorer from all three levels (perimeter, mid-range, at the rim). He moves well without the ball, and he is also a capable rebounder.

6’5 SF Ramon Bailey of Clayton Valley Charter HS (CA) 2022 (Concord Eagles)

Bailey is an impressive wing who brings a lot to the table offensively. He’s a confident handler and a good passer who can find the open man. His strength is his ability to drive to the hoop. He is an ok 3-point shooter, and he has a decent floater. He’s also a solid rebounder.

6’0 CG Cade Bennett Cade Bennett 6'0" | PG Campolindo | 2022 State #NA Nation of Campolindo HS (CA) 2022 (Team GRR)
