What Minnesota players stood out in Dallas over the past weekend?  Here is our list starting with All Tournament Team rep Carter Bjerke Carter Bjerke 6'8" | PF Wayzata | 2022 State MN

Carter Bjerke Carter Bjerke 6'8" | PF Wayzata | 2022 State MN of D1 Minnesota Prospects (Wayzata, 2022). UST Head Coach Johnny Tauer and assistant Mike Maker were regulars in Dallas and they had to be excited about what they saw from their future power forward.  In the three games that Prep Hoops watched, Carter combined for ten threes plus another couple in a game a colleague watched.  It’s more than that for Carter though.  Bjerke continues to set strong screens and his movement off those screens has to be defended closely because Carter will either step off that screen to the arc to catch and shoot or he will roll hard.  On the roll/cut to the basket Carter has surely improved this summer (with the rim finish) and his rebounding numbers have improved month to month.
