Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at some of the standout in-state performers from Friday’s first day of the Prep Hoops 2k21 in Indianapolis.

 

Dallas Whitney Dallas Whitney 6'7" | SF Blue Springs South | 2022 State MO 6’7 KC Spurs Black: The talented small forward from Blue Springs South had a very impressive game to close the evening. He had a stretch where he did just about everything. He hit jumpers, dropped dimes, rebounded and added a few nice takes to the basket. When he asserted himself, he was tough to handle.

 

Jalen Hampton Jalen Hampton 6'5" | PF University City | 2021 State MO 6’6 MPJ Elite 17U: The 2022 combo forward scored 14 points and played with an endless amount of energy in a victory over Young & Reckless. He was attacking the basket strong on offense while also displaying his improved 3-point shooting. I also liked how he battled inside in the post against a player that was at least 30 pounds bigger. He didn’t back down.
