Khaman Maker Khaman Maker 7'1" | C Trinity | 2024 State #127 Nation NV 7’1 C Desert Valley Prep #2 – It’s easy to start with the fact that he’s 7 feet tall, however in addition to the size, Maker can play. He is one of the most active rim protectors in the nation. Maker has the ability to dominate a game with his shot-blocking ability alone. Offensively he is improving every day and already has a nice touch around the rim. His size, agility, and motor make him a player capable of being a pro one day.
Taj DeGourville Taj DeGourville 6'4" | SF Red Rock Academy | 2024 State #203 Nation NV 6’3 SG Durango #3 – DeGourville may be the most intriguing player in the class. When he’s on, he’s an electric scorer capable of putting up points in a hurry. His shooting has improved to the point where he can be considered a consistent sniper, evident by his performance last weekend at Gary Charles, Basketball Royalty event.
Ryder Elisaldez Ryder Elisaldez 6'1" | CG Bishop Gorman | 2024 State NV 6’1 CG Bishop Gorman #4 – Elisaldez is one of the best R&J athletes in the class. He also is one of the top playmakers. It’s not uncommon to see the high-flying wing catch and deliver a lob in the game. The next evolution of his game will be his shooting, if he continues improvement in that area, forcing opponents to play him honestly, he becomes an even more dangerous offensive weapon.
David Nealy David Nealy 6'2" | SG Stranahan | 2026 #27 Nation FL 6’1 SG Bishop Gorman #5 – Richardson is part of a loaded 2024 class for the 9 time defending champs. A good two-way player, Richardson is terrific in transition using his explosive ability to blow by and finish over the rim.
Josiah Cunningham Josiah Cunningham 6'2" | SG Coronado | 2024 State #225 Nation NV 6’1 SG Coronado #7 (featured image) – Cunningham has one of the quickest 1st steps in the state. From the triple threat position, he gets by defenders in the half-court. In transition, he has the knack for being the finisher on odd number breaks. Cunningham also does a terrific job of turning defense into offense using his speed and quick hands to create turnovers.
Pharaoh Compton Pharaoh Compton 6'7" | PF Arbor View | 2024 State #74 Nation NV 6’5 SF Spring Valley #9 – Compton has a legitimate chance to lead the state in dunks this year. The lefty is an explosive athlete, and it’s not uncommon to see him swinging from the rim after a thunderous jam. Compton is a card-carrying member of the all airport team, with the length, size, and athleticism of a high major prospect.
