Here is a look at the second wave of Class of 2022 standouts who have been putting in work at the Jam.
Nick Kramer Nick Kramer 6'4" | SG Sluh | 2022 State MO 6’4″ Brad Beal Elite: After a slow start shooting the ball in the early games, the SLUH standout started to catch fire later in the week, culminating in a 21-point performance in an overtime victory over xx in the final pool game to help clinch his team’s spot in the Peach Jam. He made five 3-pointers and sparked a big rally from a 12-point deficit in the fourth quarter to force overtime. The Saint Louis U. commit has played with a lot of confidence and toughness.
Connor Turnbull Connor Turnbull 6'9" | PF Ft. Zumwalt North | 2022 State MO 6’10″ Brad Beal Elite: The Fort Zumwalt North standout has been providing excellent rim-protection throughout the week, which is what he does best. He has also displayed a nice shooting touch in the short corner from 10 to 12 feet out, plus he’s had some emphatic follow-up rebound dunks. In the opening game of the Jam, he had 10 points, seven rebounds and four blocks in a victory over JL3.
Rob Martin Rob Martin 5'9" | PG CBC | 2022 State MO 5’11″ MoKan Elite: The point guard from CBC has provided MoKan with excellent play off the bench with his speed and quickness. He has been a one-man fast break at times with his ability to pull up and hit the transition 15-footer. His overall floor game has been solid as well as shown by his 11 points, six rebounds, five assists and four steals in a victory over the Georgia Stars..
Damien Mayo Damien Mayo 6'2" | SG Chaminade | 2022 State MO 6’2″ MoKan Elite: The athletic guard from Chaminade has been very solid in the games leading up to the Peach Jam. He’s been playing good defense and finishing well around the basket, whether on the drive or in the transition game.
Robert Lewis Robert Lewis 6'8" | PF Cardinal Ritter | 2022 State MO 6’9″ Brad Beal Elite: The forward from Cardinal Ritter has enjoyed some productive games with his athleticism and energy at both ends of the court. He has been running the court well and crashing the offensive boards to get his team extra possessions. His shot blocking and tip dunks have been a real spark to the team.
