He had some trouble at the free-throw line, but everywhere else was nothing but positives. At 6’5″, he was surprisingly fluid. Could run the floor and finish around the hoop like a guard. His main appeal is the length, though. He could easily make put-backs and snag boards, and finishing around contact was second nature.
Elliot Feldhausen – Wisconsin Crusaders – 2024
A young guy who already developed a deep bag of skills. He’s primarily a forward but does just about everything on both ends. He’s not afraid to hustle for a rebound. If the defense packs in he can swing it on the perimeter and knock down threes at a high clip. There’s a lot to like already, and he will only get better as time goes on.

– Wisconsin Blizzard – 2022
A guy that’s turning into a positionless threat. Came up as a forward, but has honed the jumper and diversified his offensive game. The biggest thing about his game is the fluid defensive skills. He’ll pick up or switch onto any position, and more than hold his own. Has a revving motor and a gritty style, which means lots of forced turnovers, blocks, and deflections.
Tyson Stelow Waldrop – Wisconsin Blizzard – 2022
I liked Waldrop’s game last year, but this year he looks like his best self. Showing high activity around the rim, tipping in shots and grinding for rebounds. His biggest improvements come in isolation. He can do it himself now, making impressive moves off the dribble and shooting contested mid-range looks.

Offense comes easy for Proudfoot, who’s so fundamentally sound on the block. He knows how powerful his broad frame is, and he uses it to seal off defenders and clear out the lane. On the catch he keeps it high and away from smaller guards. Never fades back, but stakes his ground and finishes with physical composure. He finished with an efficient 18 points in his morning game on Sunday.

– World Hoops – 2023
We’ve covered him comprehensively this summer, but I think there’s a valid reason for that. No one has been able to keep him out of the paint this summer. He gets to his spots and either draws contact or makes a circus finish. He’s not that tall or exceptionally strong, matter of fact he’ll probably be playing guard or small forward if he plays at the next level. It’s all grit, hustle, and talent that makes him so effective.
