Caleb Walker Caleb Walker 6'8" | PF Eugene | 2022 State MO 6’8″ Missouri Elite: This skilled 2022 forward from Eugene has continued to impressed as he gone from a small-school standout to a legit Division I prospect after picking up an offer from the Air Force Academy last week. He’s showed strength in the low post with the ability to score in traffic and pass out of double teams. He can also stretch the defense with his 3-point shooting. In one game, he showed his skill set when he got a rebound, drove the length of the court with a wrap-around dribble at midcourt which led to a layup.
Caleb Thompson 6’4″ Gateway-Knights 17U: The athletic small forward from Westminster Christian had a breakout weekend at The Platform in Birmingham. He was getting double-doubles throughout the weekend as he displayed his athleticism and hard work ethic. He doesn’t take possessions off at either end of the court as he scored consistently on drives to the basket, offensive rebounds and short jumpers. His motor never stops and he puts himself in a position to make plays.
Kortez Stevenson Kortez Stevenson 6'7" | PF Center | 2022 State MO 6’6″ KC Spurs Black 17U: The big lefty from Center is a powerful mismatch when he has his game going. With his strength and physicality, he is a force with the low post with a variety of shots and good footwork. He puts it on the floor well and can knock down jumpers. He’s a big hoss with just the right blend of finesse to make himself a tough cover.
Andrew Young Andrew Young 6'8" | SF Marquette | 2022 State MO 6’8″ Arsenal Hoops 17U: The long combo forward from Marquette enjoyed a productive weekend in Atlanta as he helped lead his team to a 6-0 record. As he gets older and physically stronger, his confidence level grows as he has always had a nice skill set. He has a feathery touch from 3-point territory on the pick and pop and a soft touch around the basket. He catches the ball in traffic and can handle himself inside when things get more physical.
Carlton Thomas 6’5″ GoL1ve 17U: The jumping jack from University City continued to be a beast on the offensive boards for his team that went undefeated in Atlanta. He has a very quick second and third jump and a tenacity to get putbacks. He is a strong finisher around the basket with a number of dunks in traffic. I was also impressed with his ability to hit the 15 footer from the high post and elbow areas.
