The event hosted by legendary operator Gary Charles featured several Shoe Circuit clubs looking to prep for this week’s Peach Jam. All games were live-streamed courtesy of the 7outz Network Channel 2 and Channel 3. The event featured several players with the ability to change the scoreboard. In this article, we take a look at the top bucket getters from the event.
Isaac Garrett Isaac Garrett 6'8" | SF Pleasant Grove | 2023 State UT 6’6 SF Salt Lake Rebels 2024 (featured image) – Garrett was a versatile bucket getter on the weekend. The rangy forward was accurate in catch-and-shoot situations. He also flashed good skills, showing the ability to put the ball down for 1 or 2 dribbles, gobbling up ground with long strides before finishing at the rim.
Trent Perry 6’3 PG Team Why Not 2024 – The young freshmen showed a diverse scoring skillset. Perry used several iso moves to create space and shots for himself. He was good finishing around the rim, as was able to get to his midrange spots and finish effectively.
Jaden Haire 6’5 SF EBO 2023 – Everytime I looked up Haire was getting buckets. He remained aggressive throughout the weekend attacking the rim relentlessly. He did this not only off the bounce but also when crashing the offensive backboards. The 6’5 wing was able to pad his scoring by finishing with several second-chance points.
Josiah Cunningham Josiah Cunningham 6'2" | SG Coronado | 2024 State #225 Nation NV 6’1 SG Vegas Elite 2024 – Cunningham used one of the quickest first steps of the weekend to get to the rim and finish. It was not unusual to see him blow by his opponents as if they were standing still. In addition to his iso ability, he showed a knack for getting out and finishing in transition.
Adrian Jackson 6’0 CG Team ABC 2022 – Jackson impressed coaches with his consistent scoring ability. More than once someone remarked “That #23 has played well” That would be an understatement, as he was outstanding with his ability to get to the rim, as well as be accurate from midrange against quality competition.
