AAU basketball too often neglects the forwards. In a curious reversal the taller, post-friendly players get bypassed and overlooked (see also ignored) by the hungry, spotlight-seeking guards. Daniel Bale (White House Heritage) scored 22 points Friday morning to help his Stars Basketball-Nashville 17u team at Best of the South. Last winter Bale won 9AA District MVP.
