He’s a strong and athletic player that picks his times to attack and brings effort on both ends of the court. He scored the ball in bunches but we saw a good amount of steals, blocks and deflections from him as well.
Greensboro Warriors 2023 Noah Goldston: He faced all types of defensive pressure throughout the event but handled things pretty well, putting together several solid showing. Standing close to 6’2-6’3 with a long wingspan, he has some of the physical tools that you like see in a Guard. In their matchup with 904 Elite he showed some scoring ability, finishing with a game high of 17 Points.
Basketpoint USA 2023 Guard Giovanni Nanucci: The 6’4 Guard led the 16U Red division in scoring, dropping over 23 Points per game while leading his team to a championship. A good amount of his damage came from the high post where he took advantage of some mismatches but he also showcased his smooth shooting stroke, knocking down some three point shots.
Team Up Elite 2024 Guard Daniel Macgregor: If you’re looking for a hard nosed PG that’s going to do all the small things to help your team compete , he’s a player you will want to see . He does a nice job of getting his team into their sets and attacking the paint with ease but looks to get others involved more often that not. On the defensive side of the ball he was constantly applying full court pressure which forced opponents to speed up their offense at times.
Kernersville Bulls 2024 Forward Areion Matthews: His average of over 17 PPG put him in the mix with some of the best scorers in his division but the way he scored the ball was just as impressive. He’s a player that you don’t have to necessarily run plays for often due to the fact that he works extremely hard on the boards. He consistently pulled down offensive rebounds that led to quick putback buckets.
