Kaleb Phillips Kaleb Phillips 6'3" | SG Gaffney | 2025 State SC – Gaffney HS – Big Shots Heat Elite (pictured on front)
Phillips has good size already for such a young age. Kaleb a wing player saw good action this past season for the Gaffney HS Indians. Phillips has a nice shot release and good mechanics. Phillips finished the day with 10 points in a lopsided opening round win for the Big Shots Heat Elite squad.
Mikey Wilkins Mikey Wilkins 6'8" | PF Christ School | 2025 State #66 Nation NC – R-S Central HS (Rutherfordton, NC) – Big Shots Heat Elite
Wilkins was way too much for the his opponent to handle down in the paint. Wilkins moves very well around the block and runs the floor very well. Wilkins was able to finish in transition and when he wasn’t challenging shots on the defensive end of the floor. Zymicah dominated the glass on both ends of the floor and picked up everything in site.
Eli Ellis Eli Ellis 6'1" | CG Moravian Prep | 2025 GA – Moravian Prep (NC) – Big Shots Elite NC 2022 Ellis
WOW!! What can’t you say about this young man. GAMER, CRAFTY, HEADY – all of those things come to my mind when watching him. Ellis plays with a swag and confidence for his age on the floor. Ellis put up 30 points last night in a victory over Prospect University. Eli playing up a handful of age groups played extensive minutes this past season on the Moravian Prep National Team.
Ellis is a student of the game and has a tremendous work ethic. Ellis makes plays for himself along with others and most importantly he WINS GAMES.
Eli Roberts – South Webster HS (OH) – WV Wildcats
Roberts 6’6 plays very comfortable out on the wing with his ability to knockdown three pointers. Eli has a quick shot release and a a solid handle to bring handle the ball out top. Roberts will stretch the defense with his ability to hit shots.
Myles Montgomery – Minford HS (OH) – WV Wildcats
Montgomery reminds me of a young Braxton Beverly type. Montgomery a point guard was able to knockdown pull-up jumpers in transition when he was scoring at the cup. Myles can switch directions and change speed with the ball in his hands at anytime. Myles plays the game with a lot of confidence for his age. Montgomery has a knack to score the ball.
Roberts and Montgomery are just 9.5 miles apart from one another in Southern Ohio. These 2 young men should have plenty of battles in the years to come.
