For most a majority of the Class of 2023, this was their first time competing in the Battle for the Bell and all three teams put on for the city. The 16U teams displayed just how deep the talent in the area really is. On the day, K-Low went 2-0, Philly Pride went 1-1, and Team Final went 0-2. Here are the guys who made the most noise during the Gripper Games.

At the last Battle for the Bell in 2019, Brown was playing up a grade with the ‘22 15u team. Even then he was poised. This time around (with players in his own class), the Cahilites star dictated the pace and ran the show. Against Philly Pride, he contributed 14 points and 4 assists in a game where both teams scored under 50. But versus Team Final - matched up against Barno - he pushed the tempo and always seemed to be going at a different speed than his defender, helping K-Low to the upset victory.
