Several programs made the trip down I-75 to compete in the Ballin Under 1 Roof event last weekend. Among some of the top performing teams included Bates Fundamentals and M&M Boyz, with the latter being one of the top 17U programs on the Prep Hoops Circuit so far this Spring. 5 specific players impressed me throughout the weekend and are highlighted in this piece today.

Kareem Aburashed- M&M Boyz (Detroit Country Day) 6-9 (2022)

Aburashed looked to me like the most polished collegiate prospect on this list. Very skilled low post man. Great arsenal of post moves which starts with with great body control, court awareness, and footwork. Consistently scored with his back to the basket. Struggled on the defensive end especially defending the perimeter but still worked hard. Overall though, D2 programs likely were impressed with what they saw out of Aburashed and should keep him on their radars.

Stephen Coleman Stephen Coleman 6'4" | SG Hillcrest Prep | 2022 State AZ Bates Fundamentals Red (Hillcrest Prep) 6-5 (2022)

Technically Coleman would be an Arizona prospect, but he spent last weekend with the Michigan players so we will include in this piece. Coleman came off the bench but made an impact as soon as he stepped foot on the floor.
