The Adidas Invitational took place over the past weekend in Fishers, IN and a ton of great basketball was played. The live period was in full effect and our in-state prospects put a good showing in front of a big chunk of college coaches from all over the map. Today, we take a look at some of 2022s that stood out for me.

Brendan Byce – 6’4 SG – Elkhart Central – Tipping Point 2022: Byce is a taller shooting guard that showed he could do a little bit of everything. Has some real long arms and is pretty strong for the most part. Solid baseline jumper and drives well from the top of key. Smart player over all and hardly made any mistakes if any. Battles for rebounds as well.

Tionne Spates – 6’6 PF – Ben Davis – Indiana Faith 2022: Spates is a tall power forward with a good amount of athleticism. Very high vertical and used that to his advantage to win the rebounding battles. Was more of a threat on the defensive end as he defended the post well and showed off some nice shot blocking ability. Needs to just see a little more
