Week 3 of the 2021 basketball season is in the books and we had the priviledge of watching several games in person. Here’s a look at some more of the top performers we saw.

Nathan Meithof Nathan Meithof 6'5" | SG McNary | 2021 State OR (2021 McNary)

In a blowout win over North Salem, Meithof fought through some tough foul calls and still put up some good numbers in 18 points on 8-for-13 shooting and five rebounds. The 6-foot-5 Westmont College commit was able to get loose on the break and throw down a couple of impressive dunks. Meithof is the focus of opposing teams every night yet he consistently delivers.

Brandon Hopson Brandon Hopson 6'0" | PG Jefferson | 2021 State OR (2021 Jefferson)

Hopson has emerged as Jefferson’s third option on offense and he’s adjusted to being available on kickouts from either Washington or Cook. When the three isn’t falling, he’s been able to create off the dribble and either score around the basket or off floaters in the lane. Hopson also did a good job handling the ball without turning it over.

Esyah Pippa-White Esyah Pippa-White 6'0" | PG Gresham | 2023 State OR (2023 Gresham)

Pippa-White has been heavily counted upon for scoring and that was once again the case against David Douglas. The 6-foot-2 guard knocked down some
