At 6’6 with a nice skillset, ability to rebound and versatility to play multiple positions, it doesn’t take much time to see why we are excited about his potential.
Union Pines Senior Guard Tyson Hise: Found his rhythm shooting the ball from three point land and stayed aggressive throughout. He seeks out opportunities for three point shots and does a nice job of setting his feet and getting his shot off fairly quickly.
Hoke County Junior Guard Jamaii Murray: He got off to a slower start in their first game but really turned it up in their second game on Day 2. He caught fire from three point land, knocking down four treys, showcasing his deep shooting range. Not only did he score the ball at a high level but he also was impressive facilitating to teammates, getting into the gaps of the defense and making good reads/passes.
Grays Creek Sophomore Wing Ari Fulton Ari Fulton 6'7" | SF Westover | 2024 State NC : An athletic wing with plenty of potential, he is a prospect that we are excited to keep an eye on over the next few years as he continues to develop. He already has the ability to make plays above the rim on both ends, has all the tools to be a very good defender and is about 6’4-6’5 going into his sophomore year of high school.
New Life Christian Senior Guard Darrion Young: Showed some of what he can potentially be in their second game of the day, attacking defenders and making plays at a nice rate. Consistency will be the next step for him as well as being more of a vocal leader at the PG spot.
