Here we will be taking a look at some of the 2023 players who will be looking to take the reigns of their high school programs this June. Filling new and larger roles, transferring in to new schools, and/or or developing their games this spring and bringing a new edge to their programs, these guys are names to watch.

 

Eli Shetlar Eli Shetlar 6'4" | SG Andover | 2023 State KS , 6’4 SG, Andover: Shetlar has had a huge spring expanding his game from just the elite shooter he was last season, into a more well rounded guard with some more height and length to him now. He was recently named to the third team all tournament at the Grind Region Memorial Classic. He will be entering June with Andover looking to set the tone as one of the back court leaders coming off of a 8.8 point and 3.3 rebound per game season as a sophomore. 

 

Zion Young Zion Young 6'2" | CG Campus | 2023 State KS , 6’2 Guard, Campus: He averaged 5.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists as a sophomore playing an important role behind a couple of big time names last season. Young has the athletic tools and skill to fill in the roles left behind by Strong Jr
