With our updated 2023 rankings, it’s time to do some positional breakdowns. Here are the top point guards who didn’t make our top 10 overall.

Grant Whitaker Grant Whitaker 6'3" | PG Murray | 2023 State KY , Murray - A skilled and high scoring guard from far western Kentucky, Grant is a mystery to many because he’s so far away from most media coverage and plays AAU for a Tennessee team. Whitaker holds an offer from Kennesaw State and could end up with more by the end of July AAU.

Zee McCown Zee McCown 5'10" | PG Pleasure Ridge Park | 2023 State KY , PRP - McCown is a great shooter and a microwave scorer who can heat up quickly. Zee has had a strong spring AAU season and a good showing in June high school games. He could wind up a D1 recruit down the line but is certainly a scholarship level player in the future.

Sam Parrish Sam Parrish 6'0" | PG George Rogers Clark | 2023 State KY , GRC - Parrish has had some of the most impressive dunks of the spring and is a threat to drop the hammer on anyone who gets in his way. He has to continue improving as a defender when he’s off the ball but Sam has a D1 ceiling thanks to his elite athleticism.
