This 2023 class is absolutely loaded with talent. Several players have multiple college offers already and 3 members of the class are ranked in the top 100 nationally. We’ve had a lot of movement in this update and are up to 110 players in the class rankings already. Here’s a look at the highest ranked new additions to the class. This does not include players who were ranked in 2022 and used SB 128 to move to 2023.

Evan Ipsaro Evan Ipsaro 5'11" | PG Covington Catholic | 2023 State KY , Covington Catholic - Ipsaro is a relative unknown in Kentucky because he plays at Covington Catholic and plays AAU with Indiana Elite but he had a great Sophomore season and has had a productive 16u AAU season so far. He’s a scoring point guard who could have a couple of scholarship offers by the end of the summer.

Dylan Hammonds Dylan Hammonds 6'6" | SF Grant County | 2023 State KY , Grant County - One of the most valuable players in the 8th region last season, Hammonds averaged 23 points and 11 rebounds last season and has already crossed the 1000 point and 500 career rebounds barriers. At 6’5, he’s got good size for a wing and could be a scholarship level player in the future with more exposure.
