Davius Loury Davius Loury 6'8" | PF Phhoenix Prep | 2024 State AZ (Kenwood)
Current Ranking: #3
Previous Ranking: #8
Loury made the move over to Kenwood this past season to make it a trio of high-major 2023s. He fit right in. The face up four man with strength fits the new age game with his ability to shoot the rock from distance, rim run, and use his athleticism on the defensive end. Brings a tremendous physicality to the game on both ends of the floor and when he is playing with a high-motor can be an absolute game changer.
Miles Rubin Miles Rubin 6'7" | PF Homewood Flossmoor | 2023 State #243 Nation IL (Simeon)
Current Ranking: #9
Previous Ranking: #17
Love the progression that Rubin has made over the last year. He is now a major threat on both ends of the floor. Athletic and long four man that is a shot blocking presence who can score it on the offensive end with powerful jams as well as skilled post moves. Mid-majors get in on him and his brother now!
Keon Alexander Keon Alexander 6'6" | PF Bolingbrook | 2023 State IL (Bolingbrook)
Current Ranking: #19
Previous Ranking: #38
Alexander just goes about his business and produces. He has grown some which has helped his ceiling along with the constant production in every setting we see him. Aggressive rebounder, rim protector, and finishes with efficiency around the hoop. The lefty is one that D1s need to get to know in June and July.
Matthew Moore (Hillcrest)
Current Ranking: #31
Previous Ranking: NR
Moore introduced us to his game in Kansas City flashing monster upside. At 6’7” he is in the mold of several other recent Hillcrest standout forwards. Great size, length, and athleticism. He is still refining his game, but the physical tools and glimpses of skill has shown make him super intriguing!
Prince Adams (Evanston)
Current Ranking: #32
Previous Ranking: NR
Evanston lost a lot after last season, but we are really excited to see what this 6’5” four man can bring to the table this year. Athletic forward with skill and two way potential could be the Wildkits next star.
Jeremy Harrington Jeremy Harrington 6'5" | PF Chicago Curie | 2023 State IL (Curie)
Current Ranking: #43
Previous Ranking: NR
Harrington is so productive. He opened eyes during the high school season for Curie and continued into the spring with Team Rose. He has an inside/outside game with how well he shoots it off the catch from three. Bruising rebounder and scorer inside as well.
Steve Turner (Simeon)
Current Ranking: #45
Previous Ranking: NR
Wide bodied five man that should emerge this season for the Wolverines just like he did as the interior presence for Young & Reckless on the 16U level. Rebounds very well in his area and is light on his feet for how big he is showing touch around the hoop.
Damarion Brown (East St. Louis)
Current Ranking: #74
Previous Ranking: NR
Saw some potential late in the high school season out of this five man. Rebounds very well in his area and brings athleticism on the offensive end finishing above the rim. The Flyers have had some quality posts over the last few years and he seems to be up next.
