No. 31 Nikolas Graves Nikolas Graves 6'3" | PG Greensboro Day | 2022 State NC | 6’3 Point Guard
Graves is an emerging floor general that’s turning a corner on the hardwood with Garner Road . He’s a crafty ballhandler that uses his high IQ to get to the paint and make things happen. He’s even more of a presence on the defensive end, where he forces pressure and looks to force turnovers. With just an offer from Boston so far, look for his name to grow in the class with the Live Period approaching
No. 35 Amare Haynie Amare Haynie 6'3" | PG Winston-Salem Christian | 2022 State NC | 6’3 Point Guard
Given he’s coming off an injury, Haynie’s recruitment has slowed down a bit but he’s back to 100 percent and it’s shown with Boo Williams EYBL as he made waves on the grassroots scene. He’s an active defender that likes to force turnovers and create fastbreak opportunities at the rim. He’s an athletic floor general with a ton of promise as the Live Period approaches. Winthrop, Wichita State, and VCU are a few schools he holds offers from.
No. 38 Bryce Alfino Bryce Alfino 6'4" | SG Donda Academy | 2022 State NC | 6’4 Shooting Guard
Alfino is a lights out sharpshooter in the Team Charlotte rotation that’s slowly coming along as a high level defender as well. He’s an ideal 3-and-D prospect that does well in the rotation as a floor spacer and guarding the opposing team’s best player. He’s got a strong frame and underrated athleticism as well that’s starting to show with the summer approaching. Howard has offered him.
No. 45 Iffy Ufochukwu Iffy Ufochukwu 6'10" | C Covenant Day | 2022 State NC | 6’11 Center
Ufochukwu is slowly finding his way in the Team Curry rotation on the grassroots scene. He’s getting acclimated to his role as a rim protector and rebounder, given his length. He’s found a role since picking up the game in 2017. As he learns the speed of the game, look for his name to grow on the recruiting trail soon.
No. 49 Justin Monden Justin Monden 5'10" | PG Word of God | 2023 State NC | 5’10 Point Guard
Monden is an aggressive scoring point guard in the 2022 class that’s led the way for Team All Carolina on the grassroots stage. He’s put on nice size to operate off the dribble as a shooter and slasher. His greatest trait is his ability to dig in on the defensive end and make opponents feel his presence, at times drawing “5 Second” Counts in the process. As he learns to get others involved, look for his recruitment to grow.
