A loaded event went down up in Lincoln this weekend featuring the likes of Bradley Beal Elite, Nebraska Supreme, Run GMC, Drive 5, OSA, and SSA Elite. The level of play and quality of games was tremendous, with some high profile names, teams, and performances going down throughout the weekend. Let’s looks at some of the stand out point guard play.


Mozae Downing-Rivers Mozae Downing-Rivers 6'3" | PG Free State | 2022 State KS , 6’4, Run GMC 2022: Downing had a really solid weekend, controlling tempo, bringing toughness in the back court, and high quality point guard play. He showed his ability to handle pressure in the back court against top notch length and defensive guards of the Beal back court, and made some really tough plays in the painted area. He hit a couple of nice pull up jumpers in shots from the perimeter on the weekend and if that continues to grow in consistency he will be really hard to contain. His size and athleticism that he brings to the point guard spot is next level.
