Parker Friedrichsen (Tulsa Hawks)
The train continues to roll along for this Oklahoma standout 6’4” wing. Long and lanky shooting guard has a frame where he can continue to add strength. Such a smooth three point stroke from beyond the arc hitting off the catch or creating his own shot. Shows athleticism in the open floor and some passing flair. When engaged on the defensive end he could be a plus defender.
Noah Amenhauser (Arizona Factory)
This 7’0” five man was playing up on the 17U level and displayed some intriguing skills when we saw him. Shot blocking presence that showed good timing and anticipation as a rim protector. Can also stretch the floor a little knocking down a couple shots in the game that we saw.
Taison Chatman (D1 Minnesota)
Chatman is one of the more coveted guards in the Midwest in 2023. Long and rangy build with a silky smooth handle. Gets in the lane with ease where he distributes the rock to his array of weapons. So much upside here for the high-major lead guard.
Jack Janicki (D1 Minnesota)
Have liked what we have seen out of this 6’3” point guard the last two weeks. The lefty is a plus shooter that drills shots from all over the floor at a high level. Shot creator or can knock them down off the catch. Much more than just a shooter as he is a crisp ball handler and quality passer.
Sammy Musunsu (D1 Minnesota)
This athletic point guard got to the rim consistently throughout the event with his burst off the bounce. Also is a capable mid-range shooter, but his speed is definitely his strength.
Camden Bennett (816 Varsity)
Bennett lit up the nets on Sunday dropping 41 points. The St. Joseph’s High School small forward out of Missouri put on a show as the powerful wing got to the rim over and over again being relentless attacking off the bounce. Scored at will along with getting to the foul line. Mixed in a few jumpers as well.
Theron Coleman (Colorado Titans)
Coleman is an athletic combo guard that racked up points by consistently getting to the rim. Smooth acceleration and was a tough cover off the bounce against Lockdown. The Colorado guard scored the majority of his points in the paint.
