Ryan Conwell (EG10)
Conwell was the motor that made EG10 run all weekend. The Pike High School 6’3” lead guard is a lefty combo that doesn’t mess around. He wins off the bounce getting downhill finding creases in the defense for scores in the lane. Mixes in a jumper on occasion to keep the defense honest, but is at his best scoring at the cup. Was a consistent go to weapon all weekend for his team.
Greg Jenkins (EG10)
This 6’5” Lawrence Central product was their second most productive performer over the weekend. What we liked most about him was his athleticism and ability to impact the game in a variety of ways. Transition scores, cuts to the hoop, threes, and was a rock solid defender. Perfect glue guy that does a little bit of everything.
Sean Paige (EG10)
First time seeing Paige in a year as the former Illinois prep product is now in Indiana and running with EG10. Wide bodied five that rebounds very well in his area and mauls on the offensive glass. Physical post defender as well.
Joshua Udoumoh (Tulsa Hawks)
The 6’3” shooting guard was a terror for EG10 in the second half on opening night. He was the primary reason his team got it to OT. Athletic wing got downhill over and over again for scores in the lane using his body control to finish at the rim. Also drained a pair of momentum shifting threes. Was just solid the rest of the weekend, but really shined in that Friday night game looking like a D2 prospect.
Anthony Allen (Tulsa Hawks)
High-motor wing that at 6’5” excels in the transition game and flying in for offensive rebounds. Had a knack for always being in the right place to make a play on the ball.
Jaxson Young (Iowa Barnstormers)
Young was super productive as a shooter. The 6’0” point guard drained a ton of threes on his way to 18 points understanding how to set his shot up creating space to get it off.
Sam West (Minnesota Fury)
West lit up Hyvee Arena on Saturday morning against Kessel Heat with his shooting and overall scoring performance notching 25 points.
Max Alexander (Team Buddy Buckets)
Alexander is a lefty point guard that is a high level sniper with his pull up game. Hit them from mid-range like they were going out of style. Kicks to shooters on his drives and changes directions on a dime.
Kevin Overton (Team Buddy Buckets)
Long and rangy small forward that has a clean looking shot. Showed his game off the bounce on spin moves and and-1s converting in the lane. Versatile two way wing that has low-major plus/mid-major type talent.
Leland Walker (Team Teague)
Walker is just a winner. The Team Teague guard did a great job all weekend getting his teammates involved with his crafty game off the bounce making plays for himself and others with his crisp ball handling. Shows excellent leadership skills along with his scoring prowess.
Peter Suder (Team Teague)
Suder stepped up in a major way for Team Teague over the weekend. Versatile forward that can play inside and out. Stop and go game off the bounce keeping the defense off balance. Finished dump offs, went through contact, and can hit a three. Productive weekend in KC for the Indiana forward.
Jason Thirdkill (Dallas Showtyme)
Thirdkill was super impressive as a rangy power forward with major bounce around the hoop and a high activity level. So explosive in the paint with the way he finishes monster dunks and uses his quickness inside. Rim runner in transition that also hit a three showing sound mechanics. Also knocked in a corner three. Mid-major plus type prospect.
Arterio Morris (Dallas Showtyme)
One of the top point guards in the south in 2022 nationally. He is a high level passer that threw long outlets and made dishes off live dribbles look easy. Got to the cup for acrobatic finishes and spinning layups displaying burst off the ball. High-major prospect with his athleticism, passing, and developmental upside.
