Teddy Reedybacon (Victory Ministry)
This 6’10” five man from MacDonald County High School in Missouri had an impressive opening few minutes in the first game of the event. Large bodied five that crashed the offensive glass for second chance points and displayed touch on the interior. Small college big man.
Josh Hoffman (Minnesota Heat Conyers)
Came away really liking what we saw out of this 6’5” wing. Plus size and skill out of this two guard. Handles well and made plays off the bounce throughout scoring in the lane. Also is a capable three point shooter. High end small college prospect.
Erik Rottinghaus (Minnesota Heat Conyers)
Rottinghaus was straight FIRE from beyond the arc draining them at a super high clip in their first game on Friday night. The 6’3” Wayzata product can flat out shoot the rock and would be a nice fit at a D3 or NAIA.
Weston Teague (AAO Flight)
Skilled 6’9” center that was fluid moving around the hoop while showing feel. Defensively he was a solid rim protector. Upside small college big man.
Riley Buccino (AAO Flight)
Another lights out shooter! The Arkansas 6’3” product was a catalyst in their Friday night win with how well he shot it from beyond the arc. Quick release.
Jerome Brewer (NEBC)
Brewer has proven to be among the best prospects on the PHC early this spring. The Northeast native will be playing a prep season at Taylor Made Prep in Arizona next year. The 6’8” four man is a straight bucket getter. Plays physical with his defensive end build around the hoop going through his man. Can also handle it on the perimeter with quick moves and spins. Capable three point and pick/pop shooter. Rebounds with tenacity and is a quality defender. Mid-major plus/high-major minus prospect.
Antoine Arnett (NEBC)
Arnett stepped up and showed a lot of intriguing tools. The 2022 wing has an athletic build with slick handles. He won consistently off the bounce and blew past defenders in transition over and over again. Got to the line consistently. Was NEBC’s second leading scorer on the weekend.
Ryan Kelly (NEBC)
Kelly is a shooter with size. The Taylor Made Prep 2022 combo forward is best utilized as a spot up shooter that stretches the floor draining shots off the catch.
Hakeem Ford (Minnesota Heat Grow)
Ford is an athletic two guard that threw down several thunderous dunks. Gets to the hoop off the bounce and hit a three. Rangy guard that would be a nice fit at the high small college level.
Shawn West (Minnesota Heat Grow)
Lefty combo guard that has a crisp three point stroke. Also mixed in some scoop shots off the bounce.
