Savion Red Savion Red 6'2" | CG Grand Prairie | 2022 State TX – Combo Guard – Texas Swish
Texas-ranked 2022 prospect, Savion Red Savion Red 6'2" | CG Grand Prairie | 2022 State TX was the most exciting player to watch throughout the tournament, Red put on a show every single moment he was on the court. His athletic abilities were off the charts, extremely explosive, a slam dunk threat whenever he attacks the lane, has a lethal first step, and brute strength, proving to be strong enough to score through any contact. Red was at a master at grabbing a rebound, taking it coast-to-coast, and finishing with a bucket. The way he anticipated passes was insane, incredibly deadly in the passing lanes, quickly jumping high and low passes from all over the floor. True stat sheet stuffer, Savion Red Savion Red 6'2" | CG Grand Prairie | 2022 State TX nearly had a triple-double off of either steals, rebounds assists, or points in the first half of some games. He changed things every time he stepped on the floor, even defensively, Red had the best defensive presence on the court, a stout defender that gave up nothing easy. His intimidating physicality along with his college-ready size and build allowed him to play much bigger than his height, often guarding post player effectively. Savion Red Savion Red 6'2" | CG Grand Prairie | 2022 State TX plays with that killer instinct that you just can’t teach and he’s starting to look as if he’s becoming a true leader and floor general with the way he’s running things on both ends of the floor. His basketball IQ, footwork, and understanding of the game at the point guard position have grown exponentially throughout the past year. He’s also seeing things transpire before they happen and the game seems to have slowed down for him.

Oklahoma prospect, Keegan Bass Keegan Bass 5'10" | PG Mustang | 2023 OK , is currently ranked as a top 5 point guard in the state, sitting at 14th overall. He came to Fort Worth and put everyone on notice when he dropped 18 points and got a handful of steals against a tough BBSS National team. Bass proved to be a high-level playmaker and an explosive athlete with elite open court quickness and breakaway speed. This kid was ridiculously dangerous in transition and in the passing lanes, Keegan Bass Keegan Bass 5'10" | PG Mustang | 2023 OK continuously caused turnovers and immediately got up the court for two points. The Rogue point guard showed the ability to get his own shot whenever he wanted to. Bass pulled out his deadly crossover, stepback, pull-up jumper and created the space and opportunity that he needed to either get to the basket or get his shot off. On the defensive end, Bass heightened the level of play, anytime he was on the court the defense forced turnovers and grabbed rebounds at a high rate.
Zander Baker Zander Baker 5'10" | PG Norman | 2023 State OK – Point Guard – RSE Basketball 2022
This Oklahoma prospect is the 27th ranked player in the state and top 10 at his position in the class of 2023. Zander Baker Zander Baker 5'10" | PG Norman | 2023 State OK played up in the 2022 division and flat-out dominated the competition, producing a mean 24 point game against the Arkansas Heat. Baker destroyed defenders off the bounce with his smooth quickness and penetrated the lane at every chance he got, often leading to free-throw attempts. Fantastic finisher under the hoop, Baker slips and slides through the defense with ease. Despite being knocked around and thrown to the ground when driving to the basket, Zander Baker Zander Baker 5'10" | PG Norman | 2023 State OK never gave up and continued to attack. He’s a fearless baller, with a small stature, not very big, but he takes punishment like a champ and just keeps coming at you.
R.J. Chatman R.J. Chatman 5'10" | PG Sachse | 2023 State TX – Point Guard – BBSS National
26th ranked 2023 Texas recruit, R.J. Chatman R.J. Chatman 5'10" | PG Sachse | 2023 State TX put the team on his back and carried the scoring load all weekend. Chatman put on some remarkable performances of 19 points versus Rogue and 35 points versus EAD Dallas on day 2 of the Mayhem in the Plex, all while showing off his ability to score in bunches, create a shot for himself and his teammates, and also bring a team back from a 20-point deficit. Chatman couldn’t be contained by one man or even an entire defense, his penetration skills were next-level, R.J. used his body, speed, and savviness to split through the defense creating scoring opportunities for his offense. He got all the way into the teeth of the defense and touched the paint at will, then proceeded to do a great job of using the center of the floor to his advantage for a bucket or the pass. As a ball-handler, Chatman never put himself in bad situations or a situation he couldn’t get out of, this young man rarely made costly mistakes, a smart shot taker and pass maker. R.J. Chatman R.J. Chatman 5'10" | PG Sachse | 2023 State TX continues to show that he’s someone that can be trusted with full control of an offense.
Evan Barber Evan Barber 6'1" | CG Westmoore | 2023 State OK – Point Guard – Rogue 2023
Point guard Evan Barber Evan Barber 6'1" | CG Westmoore | 2023 State OK , ranked 24th in the class of 2023 in the state of Oklahoma and 7th at his position, showed and proved to be a top-notch playmaker with impressive court vision, and a high basketball IQ, Barber had the offense running like a well-oiled machine every time he was in the game. This crafty lefty displayed a low dribble to go along with his quick, tight, and shifty ball skills. Barber beat any defender that came his way off the dribble and finished at the rack, his first step when attacking left looked uncontainable at times. Good side-to-side speed and quickness, Evan Barber Evan Barber 6'1" | CG Westmoore | 2023 State OK had a few ankle-breaking crossovers that caused the defense to start sagging off a bit and Barber went on to light teams up from beyond the arc, producing a game of 23 points and 3 three-pointers early on Saturday. His jumpshot was beautiful, consistent, persistent, and efficient, any time Evan Barber Evan Barber 6'1" | CG Westmoore | 2023 State OK put a shot up it was expected to go in.
