2023 5-10 PG Malik Raines Malik Raines 5'8" | PG Lake Mary | 2023 State FL – Central Florida Heat

Malik Raines Malik Raines 5'8" | PG Lake Mary | 2023 State FL poured in points all week for the Central Florida Heat. Raines is a strong compact guard. He uses his frame well when putting his head down and getting to the basket. Though he lacks in size, Raines is crafty around the rim, able to score without getting his shot blocked. What impressed me most was his leadership skills. Raines was vocal as he directed the offense and supported his teammates.

2024 5-8 PG Kaleb Oriol – Dream Nation

One of the smallest players in the division, both in height and overall stature, Kaleb Oriol was one of my favorite guards. He was a fearless competitor that knew what his strengths and weaknesses were. Oriol was lights out from deep, one of the best shooters in the event as he paced a three-point reliant Dream Nation team. The southpaw showed some wiggle when needed and was able to handle pressure. Oriol should put together a solid high school career.
