Hill showed that he is a swiss army knife by doing a little bit of everything from scoring, rebounding, facilitating in the half-court, He scored the basketball at all three levels and also scored through distress. Hill was able to alter a few shots and has a great presence as a rim protector. Hill has an expanded offensive game and can be a threat inside & out.
Justin Fermin 5’11 ’23 The Lawrenceville School (NJ)/Team AM
Fermin managed the game well and was able to make things happen out of pick & roll actions in the halfcourt. He initiated offense off the bounce and attacks the rim assertively downhill. He converted a fair share of shots from behind the arc. Fermin was able to turn defense into offense quite a few times and used his quickness to corrupt passing lanes. He also blocked a few shots. Fermin will continue to get better with reps and experience.

He showed that he could be an & out threat by scoring inside and stretching the defense with his shooting, Pichardo runs the floor in transition like it’s his day job. His assertiveness on the glass allows him to get his mitts on 2nd chance opportunities. He showed patience inside by using an extra dribble before going up when inside the paint. Pichardo has great timing and jumped a few passing lanes to gather steals. He has a nice frame for his size and uses it as an advantage to outmuscle opponents.
Tariq Francis 6’0 ‘23 First Love Christian Academy (PA)/NJ Legacy
Francis is a dynamic scorer who can score the ball in bunches when he is feeling it. He has a fluid release on his shot and releases it on the way up and can score off the bounce or on the catch. Plays at a great pace and doesn’t try to force things. He can get others involved and has a nice grasp of where his teammates are on the floor.

Savvy minded floor general who can make something happen when the ball is in his hands. He is able to convert on tough passes when directing the offense. He can also play off the ball and can knock down threes from an array of spots. He slows the game down well and lets everything fall into place. I was impressed by how much patience he showed for being a freshman. Brown poked out a few loose balls and forced a few turnovers on defense.
