Turner Buttry Turner Buttry 5'11" | PG Bowling Green | 2022 State KY , Manimal Elite – Turner put on a shooting exhibition over the course of the weekend and was Manimal’s best player in Sunday’s Championship game. Committed to Eastern Kentucky already, Buttry showed he can get to the rim in addition to being able to shoot with elite range.
Justin Becker Justin Becker 6'6" | SF Robertson County | 2022 State KY , Griffin Elite – Consistently the best player for the 17u Champions, Justin scored the ball all over the floor and rebounded at a high rate. Becker was effective off the bounce in addition to being a good shooter from deep.
Luke Imfeld Luke Imfeld 6'1" | SG Boyle County | 2022 State KY , Starz United – Imfeld continues to be a high level shot maker. He helped bring Starz back and win late on Sunday morning in bracket play. Luke Pulled up from about 25 feet with a hand in his face to tie the game then hit the game winning reverse layup.
Jackson Twombly Jackson Twombly 6'7" | PF Woodford County | 2022 State KY , M.A.T.T.S. Mustangs – Playing with the Mustangs for the first time, Jackson showed he can score the ball from distance and attacked the rim. He still needs to be a more effective rebounder (especially out of his area) but Twombly continues to make his case to be mentioned among the best forwards in the class.
Brant Smithers Brant Smithers 6'1" | CG Walton-Verona | 2022 State KY , Kentucky Select Blue – A high level scorer, Smithers started a game on Saturday by making 5-5 from deep. Brant is more than just a shooter. He can get downhill off the bounce and is a skilled finisher. He needs to get stronger but the 6’2 guard has a chance to be the region player of the year in 2022.
