Division l
Dalen Ridgnal 6’6 Cowley, KS (Rockhurst): The sophomore forward earned First Team All-American honors after leading Cowley to the championship game of the NJCAA Tournament in Hutchinson, KS. He averaged 21 points, 12.8 rebounds and shot 38 percent from 3-point range and 83 percent from the free throw line. Ridgnal committed to Georgia this week.
Tyem Freeman 6’6 Indian Hills, IA (Parkview): The freshman forward earned First Team All-American honors after leading the Warriors to a Region XI championship. He averaged 18.1 points and 7.3 rebounds while shooting 52 percent from the field and 77 percent from the free throw line.
Elijah Farr 6’8″ Olney Central, IL (Lee’s Summit North): The sophomore forward earned Second Team All-American honors after being named Co-Player of the Year in Region 24. He averaged 16.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and two assists while shooting 48 percent from the field and 38 percent from 3-point range. He recently gave a commitment to Murray State.
Dez Jones 5’10 Moberly Area, MO (Hannibal): The sophomore guard earned Third Team All-American honors. “Hannibal Buckets” averaged 17.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.7 assists while shooting 35 percent from 3-point range and 85 percent from the free throw line. Jones recently committed to Quinnipiac.
Division ll
Jarvis Jennings 6’2″ John Wood, IL (Columbia Hickman): The sophomore guard earned First Team All-American honors after leading JWCC to a Region 24 championship and berth in the national tournament. He averaged 19.6 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 74 percent from the free throw line. He was also the Region 24 Player of the Year.
Jeramy Shaw 6’6″ North Central, MO (Valley Park): The sophomore guard earned Second Team All-American honors after leading the Pirates to a region title and berth in the national tournament. He averaged 16.4 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists while also providing fans with one entertaining dunk after another.
Trent Lippoldt 6’7″ North Arkansas (Doniphan): The sophomore forward earned Third Team All-American honors after a big seson across the board. He averaged 19.7 points, 11.2 rebounds and 1.9 blocks while shooting 57 percent from the field.
