Brady Nicholson (Northstar Titans)
At 6’9” Nicholson reminded us a lot of a Cameron Krutwig type player. Big bodied center that is a lefty and an excellent passer. Hit his shooters across court on the regular. Light on his feet making nimble footwork plays on the block. Excellent baseline shooter knocking in several from 15 feet. D2s should take a look here.
Nick Bartlett (Northstar Titans)
Really liked what we saw from Bartlett on Friday night. The rangy shooting guard has a clean shooting stroke knocking down an array of them in the game with a free flowing motion. Works well to set up his shot both cutting to the hoop for buckets and toward the arc setting up threes.
Colton Thomsen (Northstar Titans)
Thomsen is a jack of all trades at the two guard spot. Did a bit of everything for his team with his quick passing, runners, three, and crashed the glass. Projects as a good-sized small college wing.
Deion White (Quad City HS Prep)
White has nice size at 6’4” and the Monroe City (MO) product does most of his damage on aggressive straight line takes or euro steps in the paint. Also gets on the offensive glass on occasion.
Tre Holmes (PM North Showcase)
What a show Holmes put on to open the morning on Saturday. The Minnesota 6’2” guard lit up the scoreboard for 29 points. Fluid shooter that makes it look easy coming off his hand whether it be from two or three. Off the catch or off the bounce. Doesn’t matter they kept going in! Also mixed in some transition scores as he is a good athlete with creativity off the dribble as well. Worth a look at the D2 level.
David Danforth (920 Elite)
This lefty point guard is a solid shooter. The southpaw connected on several of them from distance in their Saturday morning game. Good ball handler that keeps it low to the ground.
Koston McReynolds (IE Blaze Select)
Second look at the Indiana wing and the good sized wing can really shoot it off the catch and is overall just a versatile player that has a skilled game.
