2023 Jack Wagemester (Iowa Prep Platinum 16U/Prairie)

A 6-1 wing who can do a little bit of everything on the floor, Wagemester showed the ability to score from all three levels in Iowa Prep’s win over Chippewa Valley Select. He has a really nice mid-range game, showing that he can stop on a dime and elevate into his jumper, and he showed that he can create his own shot or score off the catch. Defensively he can defend multiple perimeter spots and he uses his length effectively.

2023 Makelle Taylor (Iowa Prep Platinum 16U/Prairie)

Another standout from Prairie, Taylor was one of the fastest players at the event end-to-end with the ball in his hands. He’s a good ball-handler who can break down a defense and get to the bucket, and he showed a smooth lefty stroke on a catch-and-shoot corner 3.

2023 Ian Mindrup (Iowa Prep Platinum 16U/Linn-Mar)

An active big man on both ends of the floor, the 6-3 Mindrup rebounds really well both inside and outside of his area, has good hands, embraces contact and is a solid finisher around the rim.
