In addition to the Local Game, the event featured a 3 point shootout, a dunk contest, and a National A.S game. While the game featured several committed players, it also featured several talented prospects still on the board. In this article, a follow-up to unsigned prospects part 1 we take a look at some of the top unsigned prospects from the event.
Cameron Kimble Cameron Kimble 6'4" | SG Clark | 2021 State NV 6’5 SG Clark (#6) (featured image) – I feel confident screaming at the top of my lunges to tell coaches to take a hard look at Kimble. He can score it, is a versatile defender, and has good size for the position. His activity and aggression will translate well to the next level, as will his high IQ defensive ability.
Daniel Rouzan 6’8 PF Bishop Gorman – I expect Rouzan to be off the board real soon. He transferred to Gorman from California but was forced to head back to Cali after the season was shut down in Nevada. I got to see a bit of him on the Grind session for Balboa, where he showed that he has good footwork and can score around the basket.
Kentrell Wallace Kentrell Wallace 6'1" | SG Las Vegas | 2021 State NV 6’1 SG Las Vegas (#24) – Wallace is a terrific two-way guard. The Las Vegas High standout has quick hands and plays the passing lanes with good instincts. He’s also a natural scorer that can create for himself, or get out and finish in transition.
Jalen Cunningham Jalen Cunningham 6'3" | SG Coronado | 2021 State NV 6’2 SG Foothill (#19) – Cunningham is one of the best pure shooters in the state. When he lets it go, you’re almost surprised if he misses. He’s also a good R&J athlete and an excellent student. Cunningham’s shooting and classroom attributes make him an attractive prospect for several high academic programs.
Semaj Threats Semaj Threats 5'10" | PG Desert Pines | 2021 State NV 5’9 PG Desert Pines (#25) – Threats is one of the best on-ball defenders in the state. The diminutive PG is known for harassing ballhandlers all over the floor. As a 6 man for DP, he was the perfect tempo-changing guard, allowing the team to not lose a beat when all world PG Milos Uzan needed a breather.
