Lloyer Driggs, Thunder Ridge: The conference player of the year is headed to play some Division I basketball in Texas next season. Lloyer averaged over 20 points per game this season and stunned defenses with his ability to shoot from outside as well as finishing at the rim through contact. Lloyer invites the defenders trying to block his shots as he draws contact and he loved to get to the free throw line for easy points. Lloyer was a matchup nightmare all season long and definitely earned his spot as the conference player of the year.
Mason Mickelsen, Highland: Mason had a great personal season although Highland struggled in the vast majority of their games. At 6’7″, Mickelsen proved his ability to play with his back to the basket as well as showcasing his jump shot and ability to face up and use post moves to score on opponents. On the other end of the floor, Mickelsen is a rim protector and plays great defense whenever he gets switched out onto the perimeter. Mason is also an excellent rebounder on both ends of the floor and he can finish at the rim with authority!
Taden King Taden King 6'4" | PG Madison | 2021 State ID , Madison: The lefty was a dominant scorer this year for the Bobcats and constantly proved his ability to shoot from anywhere on the floor. At 6’4″, King was a tough cover for opposing defenders and he loved to get to the paint or the elbow where he would rise up and over defenders using his patented pull up jumper. King was just as deadly from 3 and knocked down a ton of big shots for Madison throughout the season.
