Who are some 2022 Shooting Guards Needing More Attention for the next level ?
Marcus Kell Marcus Kell 6'8" | SG Legion Collegiate | 2022 State SC – Legion Collegiate – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Southeast 2022
Kell has really sprouted up in the past year now stands at 6’8. Kell has a great release from behind the arc with a quick trigger. Kell really pops off screens very well and has the ability to knockdown shots at a high clip.
Justin Bailey Justin Bailey 6'1" | PG Blue Ridge | 2022 State SC – Blue Ridge HS – Upward Stars SE 3SSB Southeast 2022
Bailey has had a good spring for the Upward Stars SE 3SSB Southeast 2022 organization. Bailey averaged 25.5 ppg and 9.1 rebounds this past season. Bailey plays the game very aggressively and really likes to slash to the cup. Bailey a left-handed guard eclipsed 1,000 career points this past season.
Houston Jones Houston Jones 6'4" | SG Dutch Fork | 2022 State SC – Dutch Fork HS – Upward Stars Columbia
Jones has received interest from Presbyterian and plays for his father Brett Jones on the Silver Foxes roster. Jones a deceptive athlete at times can attack the basket when needed. Houston has deep range shooting ability well beyond the perimeter. Jones has a quick release and a confident stroke when shooting the ball.
Calvin Hall Calvin Hall 6'2" | SG Gray Collegiate | 2022 State SC – Gray Collegiate – Big Shots Elite SC Premier 2022 (pictured on front)
Hall brings a good toughness to the floor with his play. Hall moves well without the ball in his hands and seems better to play off the ball on the perimeter. Hall is a ideal catch-shoot guy who has the ability to knockdown shots on the perimeter. Hall plays on a very loaded team for the War Eagles and Head Coach Dion Bethea.
Seth DeBruhl Seth DeBruhl 6'4" | SG Carolina Forest | 2022 State SC – Christian Academy of Myrtle Beach
DeBruhl a left-handed guard has been up and down this spring with his play. DeBruhl has the ability to make shots on the perimeter but still must keep working on his overall skill level. DeBruhl can pile up numbers in a hurry when he gets it going.
