From scoring guards, to playmakers, to versatile wings, this group of guys can flat out hoop. Let’s take a look at some of the final coverage of these prime prospects.
#22 Blake Danitschek Blake Danitschek 6'6" | SG Kapaun | 2021 State KS , 6’7 SG, Kapaun Mt Carmel: Headed to the Division II powerhouse Northwest Missouri State, Danitscheck will fit in perfectly to their system with his elite length on the perimeter and ability to shoot the ball at an extremely high level. He can play off the bounce against hard closeouts and finish aggressively at the rim. One of the most versatile wing players in all of the class of 2021, Blake finished off a great high school career and will transition into what should be a really solid college career.
#24 Harrison Braudis Harrison Braudis 6'1" | PG Stillwell | 2021 State KS , 6’2 Point Guard, Bishop Miege: A do it all point guard who will be heading to a really solid Minnesota State program where he should find a nice role early on. Braudis is a hard nosed defender both on and off the ball, has great point guard leadership qualities, and can flat out go on offense. Stat sheet stuffer, the point guard averaged 12 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 assists per game. Solid shooter of the basketball, can hit big shots in big moments, strong getting to the rim and finishes at a high level.
#25 Jacob Hanna Jacob Hanna 6'3" | CG Andover | 2021 State KS , 6’4 Guard, Maize (Pictured): Hannah is another stat sheet filling guard in this range, and capped off his tremendous high school career with a state championship win. He averaged 12.9 points, 2.9 assists, 5.7 rebounds, and over 2 steals per game. A tremendous athlete and great off the bounce who plays up at the rim with an aggressive mindset. Hanna was also a transition killer during his time at Maize helping create a ton of highlights. He will be heading to hoop at Illinois Springfield.
#29 Preston Reynolds Preston Reynolds 6'4" | CG Shawnee Mission East | 2021 State KS , 6’4 Guard, Shawnee Mission East: One of the most versatile guards in the rankings as well. Reynolds filled a ton of roles for East this season and got the job done in every aspect of the game. Averaged 12.7 points, 5 rebounds, and almost 6 assists per game during his senior campaign. He is going to have a tremendous college career if he can match his stat sheet stuff performances from high school over at Benedictine.
#30 Dawson Zenger Dawson Zenger 6'1" | CG Rock Creek | 2021 State KS , 6’2 Guard, Rock Creek: One of the scoring champs in all of Kansas High School basketball, Zenger throughout his entire high school career was simply put, a bucket getter. Added new elements to his scoring game every year he played becoming a really solid 3 point shooter before it was all said and done to go along with his elite free throw shooting, finishing in the paint, and top notch mid range game. By February of 2021 during the last high school season, Zenger was averaging a whopping 28 points per game which was second in all of Kansas.
