Taylen AshleyTaylenAshley6'0" | PGSioux Falls Roosevelt | 2023StateSD
of SF Roosevelt (6’0 Guard). Roosevelt started the season as our preseason number one and finished the season at number one. Ashley started for the state champs playing both guard spots and scored ten points a game. The top underclassmen prospect in Class AA basketball.
Isaac BrunsIsaacBruns6'2" | SGDakota Valley | 2023StateSD
of Dakota Valley (6’3 Guard). Bruns helped keep Dakota Valley at the top of the polls for much of the year while going 22-3 for the season. Bruns averaged 22.8 points and 6.3 rebounds a game shooting an outstanding 54 percent from the field as a guard.

of Yankton (5’11 Guard). When it came down to it, Yankton was the second best team in Class AA at the end of the season and Rugby was the team’s second best player at the end of the year. Rugby was a double figure scorer, a ball handler, and an all around consistent player for the only 20-win Bucks.
Joe SaylerJoeSayler6'1" | SGWhite River | 2023StateSD
of White River (6’3 Guard). Sayler is an easy choice for Class B All State when PHD announces that next week. Sayler averaged 29.3 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists a game scoring on half of his attempts. White River went 19-6 this year with the future SDSU player leading the way.
Oliver VincentOliverVincent6'1" | PGSioux Valley | 2023StateSD
of Sioux Valley (6’1 Guard). Pushed the Cossacks to a second place finish and a 23-2 record on the year. Oliver averaged 20.7 points, 2.7 rebounds, and four assists a game shooting an impressive 48 percent for the season. Two time all conference first team player.

Caleb HollenbeckCalebHollenbeck5'11" | PGSt. Thomas More | 2023StateSD
of St. Thomas More (6’1 Guard). Hollbeck is/was the playmaker for the state consolation champs and the team we felt was second best in Class A hoops. Guard that can play both spots if needed.
Lincoln KienholzLincolnKienholz6'0" | PGPierre | 2023StateSD
of Pierre (6’2 Guard). Lincoln earned all ESD honors for his 18.5 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game at the Class AA level. The young Governors team won seven games.
Brayden PankonenBraydenPankonen5'8" | PGDell Rapids | 2023StateSD
of Dell Rapids (5’9 Guard). Brayden earned Third Team All Dak XII honors this year for a 16-6 team while averaging nearly 15 points a game. Pankonen shot 48 percent from the floor and 44 percent at the arc.

of Mt Vernon/Plankinton (6’3 Guard). Reed is a first team all conference player that led his team in several categories. Good skilled athlete that competes at a high level, Rus had a couple 30 plus point scoring games.

of Aberdeen Christian (6’0 Guard). Malek averaged 13 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists a game for the second best team in Class A basketball.

of Lower Brule (6’0 Guard). Led his team to state averaging 16.6 points, four boards, four assists, and three assists a game.

of Aberdeen Christian (6’5 Forward) – Had a strong sophomore year helping AC to the title game, had a memorable state tournament.

of SF Christian (5’11 Guard). Played a valuable role off the bench for the state champs.

of Mitchell (6’0 Wing). Starter for Mitchell that became a reliable decision maker, scored 3-4 times a game, and one of their better defenders.

of Winner (6’1 Guard). All league second team player that averaged 13.4 points, 9.5 boards, and three assists a game.
