Looking ahead to the premier event of the weekend with the field of over 150 teams in just the 17U division alone, with talent loaded from around the country, we will focus on some play storylines heading into the weekend with guys from the Kansas scene, who will be very well represented at the event.

 

  • Max Alexander Max Alexander 6'0" | PG Buhler | 2021 State KS , 5’11 Point Guard, Buddy Buckets 2022 will look to continue his quick start to the spring session, being a great guard in the back court playing along side the elite shooter of Ethan Scott. Alexander’s ability to create with the ball in his hands for himself and others has been a nice boost for the loaded Buddy Buckets squad. 

 

  • Cooper Autry Cooper Autry 6'5" | SG Holcomb | 2022 State KS , 6’4 Wing, SSA Elite 17 (2022) Black (Pictured) will look to get his offensive game going and give that squad a scoring spark from the second unit. He was really solid on the defensive end with his physical frame and quick feet, but on the high school scene we are used to seeing him being more of a playmaker and open shot maker, so he will be hoping to add that element to
