The Mountain West Invitational is taking place from Friday, April 23rd until Sunday, April 25th. Hosted by Vegas Elite, the event features over 100 programs across 8 different divisions. The action got started early on Friday evening, with several players making an impact. In this article, we take a look at the standouts from Day1 of the event. 

Kyle Lemke 6’7 PF Team Flight 2024 (featured image) - Lemke was the best player I saw on the day. He grabbed every available rebound, ran like a deer, and managed to score around the basket. His rim running was his most impressive skill, and it was as if he was programmed to change ends, the instant the ball went through the net. He also added some shot-blocking and rim protection, all in all, a good day for the freshmen.

Jager Francom 6’7 PF Utah Supreme 2024 - It took me a second to figure out who this kid reminded me of, then it hit me. High school version of the Joker. Francom is a skilled big, that can stretch the floor a bit, but is at his best when he is making plays for teammates. He hit several teammates with pinpoint
