OFFERS
2021 Team Thrill guard Ahmad Harrison Ahmad Harrison 6'1" | PG National Christian | 2022 MD received an offer from Fordham. It’s unclear whether Harrison will opt to do a post-grad prep year somewhere, but the offer from Fordham stands for 2021. Harrison has been at the helm for this Team Thrill squad once again where he’s controlled the pace, dissected defenses in ball screen scenarios and provided tough-nosed defense.
2022 DeMatha/ Team Durant guard Rodney Rice Rodney Rice 6'4" | CG DeMatha | 2022 State #89 Nation MD received an offer from Notre Dame. Rice has been on a scoring tear for the month of April and proving himself as an elite bucket-getter at the combo guard position.
2022 Team Thrill forward Michael Moore experience quite the uptick with his recruitment over the week earning his first high major offers from Virginia Tech and Seton Hall. The 6-foot-10 forward has produced at a steady rate the last couple of weekends and shows plenty of skills that fit at the high major level. Pittsburgh is another program that is heavily interested in Moore and could be the next program to extend an offer.
2022 Gonzaga/ Team Durant guard Judah Mintz Judah Mintz 6'4" | SG Oak Hill | 2022 State #131 Nation VA was offered by Pittsburgh and Penn State earlier this week. Mintz was a standout along with his backcourt mate, Rodney Rice Rodney Rice 6'4" | CG DeMatha | 2022 State #89 Nation MD , at Pitt Jam fest and proved himself as a two-way player as his team went on to with their bracket championship.
2022 Archbishop Spalding/Team Melo forward Cameron Whitmore Cameron Whitmore 6'7" | PF Archbishop Spalding | 2022 State #30 Nation MD picked up offers from Notre Dame and Penn State. It’s only a matter of time until the list continues to grow for Whitmore as programs become more familiar with his elite athleticism and versatility at 6-foot-7.
2022 Gilman/Team Thrill point guard Christian Winborne Christian Winborne 6'2" | CG Gilman | 2022 State #199 Nation MD picked up two offers over the week from Rutgers and St. Joseph’s The dynamic 6-foot-2 guard is proving himself on a game-by-game basis as one of the more solid lead guards on the East Coast in the 2022 class. Don’t expect the mid-to-high major offers to stop anytime soon.
2023 St. John’s/ Team Durant forward Amani Hansberry Amani Hansberry 6'7" | C Mount St. Joseph | 2023 State #52 Nation MD received an offer from George Mason. Hansberry is a 6-foot-8 old school forward who is a force when operating with his back to the basket on the block. Over the last six months however, he’s shown consistent improvement adding to his repertoire and becoming a threat from mid-range and occasionally from three off the catch. Hansberry was a tremendous rebounding presence over the span of the last two weeks as well.
2023 St. Frances/ Team Durant G Jahnathan Lamothe Jahnathan Lamothe 6'3" | CG St. Frances | 2023 State #204 Nation MD made a splash and Pitt Jam Fest last weekend where his scoring and shot making ability were on display. It resulted in him earning offers from TCU and Creighton. Lamothe is being used with great balance both on and off the ball while being an active defender in passing lanes.
2023 Team Durant guard Rodney Gallagher Rodney Gallagher 6'0" | CG Laurel Highlands | 2023 State #176 Nation PA picked up an offer from Florida after a productive weekend in Pittsburgh. The backcourt mate of Lamothe, Gallagher displayed great balance as a scorer and playmaker for others as well as taking pride in his on-ball defense.
2023 Team Durant forward Shawn Simmons was offered by Ohio this weekend as he helped lead Team Durant 16U to their bracket championship. Simmons is a long, 6-foot-6 guard/wing that is must-see in transition. He’s an above the rim threat at all times, a versatile defender and an above average rebounder for his position.
2023 Team Durant duo comprised of Mason So Mason So 6'1" | PG DeMatha | 2023 State MD and Jamie Kaiser Jamie Kaiser 6'6" | SF IMG Academy | 2023 State #67 Nation FL received offers from Long Beach State. So is a heady, crafty 6-foot-1 point guard who can make high level reads in different scenarios. Kaiser is a 6-foot-5 athletic wing that can contribute to a handful of categories on the box score.
2023 Team Melo guard Savon Sutton received offers from George Mason, Hofstra and UMass over the past week. Sutton is a 6-foot-4 combo guard that makes his impact felt beyond the stat sheet and programs are starting to take notice.
2024 Team Thrill guard Malachi Palmer received an offer from Georgetown. Palmer is a 6-foot-5 guard who operates with a smoothness that is mature beyond his years. He’s an intelligent scorer from all three levels and boasts great size as a versatile defender. I expect Palmer to eventually be considered a top-50 prospect nationally before it’s all said and done.
