There were a number of great performances at the Live SZN Kickoff in Lincoln. Defense, hustle, rebounding, creativity…it was all on display among the 15U teams.

Here’s a look at some of the top 15U bigs in Lincoln last weekend (in alphabetical order):

Javar Galbraith, forward, MPJ Elite:

Galbraith is a solid 6-foot-4 power player. His physicality translates in the post, on the run in transition, and at the rim. He is athletic, able to maneuver for rebounds or to get shots in the lane. He is skilled enough to rip down a board, push it full court himself, and finish with authority.

Kyle Jorgensen, center, Minnesota Chill:

Jorgensen is a big, but highly-skilled 6-foot-6 beast in the lane. He has advanced post moves and great hands. The little things he does include denying passes into the post and battling for position. He blocks shots and clogs up the lane.

Quientan McCafferty, center, SAL Elite:

McCafferty is a 6-foot-9, well-built post with great hands and very advanced skills. He makes good moves in the lane that force opponents into a ton of fouls. At the line, McCafferty is money on free throws, showing that he has good form and nice
